Since 1994, the General Assembly of the Regnum Mariae and the Central Council, at the request of the Servites present in the Philippines, have begun to reflect on the need to make a trip to the Philippines, where a group of women were interested in knowing more about the Institute and after having already received, from the Servants of Mary, first information on the Institute's spirituality.

The decision was weighted long until, from 27 December 1996 to 7 January 1997, three Italian sisters, officially sent by the Council, went to Manila. With the collaboration of the friars themselves, met the first people interested in learning about our Institute, and they were, in this way, inserted in the socio-cultural and religious Filipino background.

The presence of the Regnum Mariae in this country, however, is to be traced back officially on 23 July 1997, when the Central Council welcomes an application for entry of 10 sisters of Manila, and the formation process of these first sisters began. On January 4, 2004, six of them will make the first profession of the evangelical counsels.

The interest in the knowledge of the Institute slowly begins to grow and spreads to the Island of Leyte. On January 30, 2005, the Central Council welcomes the application of the first four sisters of Baybay. On July 8, 2009, the Central Council officially constitutes the Group of Manila.

Currently, in the Philippines, there is the presence of the group of Manila composed of six sisters with vows and three young women in formation, while in Baybay there are two sisters with vows and a young girl in formation with the Promise.
